Our Products
Our products are imported, and the buyer is aware that the delivery time may vary between 6 to 15 business days after shipping, depending on the postal service's speed.
Warranty
Our maximum warranty period is 60 days. If the product does not arrive within this period and you no longer wish to wait, you may request a refund, and we will process it without any issues.
We guarantee that your product will not be subject to additional charges, either by the postal service (a fee of R$15.00) or by customs (60% of the product's value). If any charges are applied upon entry into the country, we will cover those fees.
